My name is Christi. I live on the Eastern Coast of the United States with my husband and animals. I have two daughters that are grown and moved out of the house. From 2009-2024 I taught children 6 weeks to 8 years old in both private and public school. I had a passion for working with special needs children in all age groups. I have Trisomy X that has lead to issues with Chiari, ADHD and spectrum disorders. I was taught that children like me are worthless. As I have grown up, taught kids and become a mom I truely feel that we are all destined by God (who made us special) and we all have gifts to offer to the world, it doesn't matter what we can or cannot do. Because of my disabilities, God has taught me that every person has two different sides (good and bad) that helps steer them in different ways and we need to learn to recognize both sides to encourage and love them.
